Hello i had purchased a home 7 months ago and 2 months ago my septic tank needed drained.. when the company came and drained it i had a back flow of water into my septic tank ....he said the system may be failing... i had an inspection by a local inspector that the bank required.. am i responsible for repairing the leach bed? thats if the law permits me too i am in the state of pa and i am new to all of this can someone please advise? thanks cindy
