So my bride bought a pedestal sink on faceboook marketplace. Installed it and grabbed the bag of parts to hook up the supplies. It is a pedestal sink with Kohler Artifacts widespread valves and spout. Really looks nice and apparently is ungodly expensive.

Its missing the tee to connect the widespread valves to the spout. Called Kohler, they gave me a part number, got it online- Kohler said 7-14 days for delivery (you guys know the rest of this one..). OF course it does not fit.

Does the spout have a proprietary thread pitch? I've attached a picture. Any help is appreciated. I've been out of the trade for some time so I'd really could use the advice.

Update.... Bride just tells me, they are California faucets. Explains it a bit. The artifacts looked differnt and there were no quick connects or drain lever. So I have to call California...
