Just replaced my pressure tank

Help, I just replaced my pressure tank in my shallow well Jet pump system, I have excellent water pressure, however moments after turning on a faucet the water comes out jet black and stays that way for several minutes? It has never done this before

Any time you work on the plumbing stuff gets broken loose. Try pumping it out for a few hours and see if it cleans up.
