Is it the tank?

So no leaks, tank holds pressure, but when water is ready inning it goes looses pressure real fast.
Using the shower the water pressure feels weak until pump kicks in then it's real strong. The pump will kick in every two minutes or so when water is running as the pressure in the tank drops.
Is my tank bad
