120 V. is NOT going to give you much hot water "instantly". The best you can do is 30 amps which is about 4500 watts the same as a conventional storage tank.

How much and how often do you need hot water there? There are some 120vac tanks, but their recovery rate is quite slow. If you have lots of power available, a small electric tankless might work, but not with 120vac inputs.
