Installed a Toto Ultramax II in August. Have not had a single fail to flush until today. Used it in the proper manner and forgot to flush it. Came back a couple hours later for a stand up job and it was waiting for me. Hit the lever and not much happened. Waited for a full flush tower refill, and held the lever and watched it all go down the drain. Very impressive performance from a 1.28 G ( I think) unit. No plunging, just an extra flush. My 5 G american Standard would have needed a plunger.
