Boiler Argo box.

Good morning. I am having issues with the controls. I have a 6 relay Argo box. The relay inside the boiler is chattering sometimes and sometimes it clicks right on. When chattering I can touch anywhere on the Argo box and the relay clicks on and stops chattering I also can touch box or wires and the relay shuts off. I made sure all the terminals and splices are tight. I can also touch the cover to the boiler and the relay chatters in the boiler I replaced 1 relay which I believe was for the isolator switch. Any help would be appreciated

Controls are something I can muddle through and get to work if I can touch them.. but not enough understanding to diagnose otherwise.
