Basement venting

Looking for advice on venting this basement rough in

4” for toilet
2“ vanity
1.5” shower/tub combo
The 3” into the slab is from the bathroom above. Any advice on how to vent this would be great.
There is a 2” capped from the bath above as well

you can put a 2x2x1 1/2 santee on the 2 inch drill a few studs for a lav trap arm and Im hopefull the 2 inch with cap above is to tie the vent in . You didnt mention but that would be way to do a future vent

Thanks for the input Jeff! I assume the capped pipe is tied to my vent stack but haven’t been able to figure that out yet.

you probebly cant see enough to confirm it being a vent connection but it makes total sence and I dont know why else it would be there . so its a pretty safe assumption unless you can ask builder .
