My pressure switch was full of sand again today causing all sorts of issues.

Is there a filter system I can set up in-line between the pump and the well to pull out sediment and sand?
Ideally, it should be easy to clean-out, well-made and inexpensive.

Lakos Sandmaster probably does not meet your third requirement.

You're far better off preventing the sand from entering the system. Pumps spin at 3450 rpm, think about what that sharp, course, granular material is doing to the pump. Not pretty.

What he said! Best to protect the pump as well. But you have to pull the pump to add this type filter. You can add a screen or filter to the line at the house and keep sand out of the switch and system, but you will still wear out the pump sooner than normal.
