Hey folks,

I'm a newbie who refilled his 2004 Culligan Gold Series acid neutralizer with calcite. Everything seemed fine, but when I replaced the refill plug and turned the water back on, it popped off once the pressure increased. I turned off the water again and replaced the plug, turning it, and this time it seemed to 'lock' and stay tight under pressure. Can you calm my newbie troubled mind? Is this plug solid? It does seem to line up with the indicators. Thanks for any help!!
