Funny you bring that up. We have a customer using a Mazzei 684 and it appears to be installed correctly according to the diagram on mazzei.net (where it's on a loop) but it doesn't appear to be sucking any water or air for that matter. Is there something we are missing? We are connecting it for a birm system which is requiring more oxygen.

I've decided to inject air via a pump. I was able to pick up a small Gast pump and am in the process of adding a 2nd tank to act as the air/water mix and holding tank.
