Here's my planned water treatment setup for my well:

Pressure Tank (50 /70 psi)
Hydra 90 micron sediment filter
64,000 grain Fleck 5810XTR2 water softener (Iron Out in the brine tank)
20" Pentek Big Blue filter with 50/5 micron dual gradient cartridge
(Optional addition if needed: UV sanitizer.)
APEC RO-PERM upgraded to 3/8" tubing with a 20 gallon tank, feeding drinking/cooking water taps in the kitchen and bathrooms

Does this make sense? Would you make any changes?

Here are the results of the water test:

I would avoid most of the online RO system. Since you are on your own private well the pressure is usually under 60 PSI so it is not as bad as many municipal supplies. Most online companies build their RO systems with the lowest cost components and this can lead to a lot of problems.

Be sure to include a resin cleaning system. You could add some citric acid to the brine tank regularly.
