Can somebody be so kind enough to help me to pinpoint the dripping coming out from PVC pipes containing electrical wire near water fountain?
I have been trying to look for source of leakage, but still have not found it.
Thank you.

One possibility:
The pump cord can feed through the fountain body via a rubber plug that has a hole and the plug itself is split halfway.
That is often the minor leak source. If you can get at it by drying everything out, it can be gooped up with silicone caulk.
