Hello,

In practical real-world terms, can vent and drain pipes cross one another inside a non-bearing wall? Is this common? I am planning a 7" wall and I am curious if it is a best practice to never have a pipe cross. Let's say a 2" drain and a 1 1/2" vent. This project is not pre-existing structure so I am trying to understand how to approach this.

Thanks.
