Any advice on this toilet, it's stylish, and an Toto, pros and cons please, or any other advice on it.

The only ongoing problems i have had with Toto is the trip lever for this toilet.
There is a small pin inside the handle which may come loose and stop the trip lever from working, i think it has to do with the way it operates.
The trip lever is at the side and to flush the toilet you pull forward.
Some people push it backwards and if they continue to do that a lot it starts to come loose and stops working.
We have sent out dozens of new trip levers to customers, it solves the problem but it happens to often.
Other than that it is a great toilet.
