Toilet venting question.

    Toilet vent Question-1.jpg Can a low heel elbow be used to vent a toilet like in the top picture? Some say yes some no. What do you think?

    The picture is incomplete, but extrapolating from what shows, the answer is no, because debris can backflow into it and there is nothing to "wash" the debris out. A high heel would have the same prohibition.
