Suggestions for a offset toilet flange that can fit INSIDE a 3” stub or 3” 90 degree elbow (bell)

I have a 3” stub sticking out of finished tile, that is 11.5 inches from finished drywall.

The stub is short and goes into a 90 degree turn that is very shallow.

I’m looking for an offset flange that can go into (NOT AROUND) 3” pvc or directly into a bell end of a 3” 90 degree elbow.

There is no wiggle room in the rough plumbing.

Most 12-inch rough toilets can fit easily onto an 11.5 inch rough.

A closet flange that can fit right into a hub is called a spigot type closet flange.
