Sink Thumping

Ok so I have a problem need help so when I put the hot water on half to full my sink thumps really fast and loud it also does it when I just turn the hot water on when I have my portable washing machine or my portable dishwasher too the sink it does it I also have a side sprayer that more then leaks bUT pours out of the sprayer where you would squeeze to have water come out I'm not sure why it's doing this not sure if it's because the sprayer or something else I'm lost to what it would be please help !

Sounds like the diverter to the spray assembly is defective.

Is that a big problem I rent an apartment not owe it.

Call the landlord it is there responsibility to get it fixed, not yours.
