Retrofitting a ceramic disc faucet with the old washer/seat system

I know that this goes against the trend but my house's pipes are a little old and I am not ready to re-pipe yet. Meanwhile the occasional tiny rust piece clogs up the ceramic discs in my centerset Price Pfister bathroom faucet. Are the old style stem valve faucets still availble or can I retrofit this one? The current ones are 910-024/025 stems.

If not, what would you suggest (beside the re-pipe).

Thanks, Larry

The only faucets that 'retrofit" are the tub/shower ones, and they go from compression washers to ceramic seats, not the other way around. Buy a cheap centerset with a rubber washer, if you can still find one.
