Have a bag of odd sized crimp rings, seems to have the same OUTSIDE diamater of 3/4 pex. Rings are a dull silver color. Think the name on them were teckiteck. Other then that they look and feel just like a pex ring. Anyone know what they are for?

Kitec is/was a system that used aluminum pipe coated inside and out with plastic. Many a lawsuit in Las Vegas over that junk. Why flirt with disaster over the price of some rings? Just buy ones you KNOW are right.

I think it is called, Made in China.

You get what you pay for.

China makes good electronics , but conversions to US standards are a bit complex.
