Hello,

I wanted to ask if this fix to my sewage line was to code and what would be considered professional.

I called a plumbing service because the seam of the coupling (to the right of the yellow seal) was leaking/seeping. The plumber cut the PVC sewer line in three places put in a new coupling and then made these three seals of the cuts using the silver bands.

It looks somewhat like a temporary fix or something. He said it was a very 'tight' area and there wasn't much room to maneuver or move the lines.

...this fix was also $425! yikes.

But mainly I just want to know if this was done correctly. What do you think
