Nuvia Pro Water Softener

I don't believe it's set to filtering. When I hit Next and Down arrow I first have to choose 'Softening' or 'Filtering' before I get into the respective menu. There doesn't appear to be an option on choosing either one.

When water is running, the unit also displays 'Softening'.

In your previous post you say "under Filtering" .... "I have to choose ... There doesn't appear to be an option on choosing either." So go back and use the UP or Down arrows to choose Softening or check that Softening has been chosen. Then tell us what the rest of the fields and data/choices are.

This is awkward, but...
