Need help to identy shower faucet model..please!

Sincw the wall is open, you would do yourself a GREAT DISSERVICE to leave that old valve. While it is functional and repairable, it is a design that during repair could suffer fatal damage. Why not just put in a new Delta R10000, and choose 13,17, or 17T trim.

As far as tub spout and/or shower head....as you can see there is not connection to the valve...except the pipe, of course, so you can select any that you want.

what should I look for when I choose a new valve?
