Main Vent Stack

Hi there I have a question about my 3" main vent stack. There are 2 90 degree turns before it goes through the main floor and then straight up through the attic. No water drains into it at this point, but I just wanted to know if this is proper. I have sent an attached picture. Thank you.

The horizontal section should be pitched towards the drain at minimum 2% slope.

This is awkward, but...
