Small house with only two faucets (kitchen and bath) and tub. All have lukewarm water from hot water faucet. However, when bath hot faucet and kitchen hot faucets are on simo, the kitchen gets hot but not the bath. Both faucets are Delta Single handle. Water pressure is 40 to 60. Water temp. from heater is 120. Bath faucet is within 5' of heater and kitchen is 15'. Worked for years and just began a month ago. Any thoughts as to how to fix would be appreciated.
thanks

Are there separate shutoffs for the bath? If so, try turning them off to see if that fixes it at the kitchen.

As LLigetfa says you can narrow down which faucet is causing the problem or which ids not by shutting the angle stops under the counter in the kitchen and then go check the bath room sink. Close the bath room angle stops and see if the kitchen hot water is affected. What type of faucet do you have for the tub? Have you made any changes to any of these faucets such as adding an extra shut off etc.? Have you made any changes near the hot water heater? Is anything different or new with the hot and cold faucets behind the washing machine? Do you have a recirculation loop for the hot water?
