I just purchased this house "as is" which I believe has most of the original plumbing (built in the sixties). I have read numerous blogs concerning sanitary- tee versus wye connectors but some posts seem to contradict others. I'm pretty sure the double wye directly below the toilet sanitary tee is from the original plumbing. Can someone tell me if the setup shown in the picture with the double wye is legal and would it work properly. The capped branch on the right will once again go to the bathtub and the branch on the the left comes from the kitchen sink.
