Hello,

There are a couple of threads Terry where you suggest Caroma for large BM clog issues. ( TY, super helpful). I called SusSolutions-VC, asked a few questions, etc. We have 10" rough-ins at our location. SSVC said that they have an adapter for this, I found it online also, along with Sydney Smart II available. Have you ever installed a Caroma on a 10" rough-in and used the adapter, any issues? Trying to avoid any potential bottleneck issues later to the outflow, wondering whether or not it's better to have someone change the 10" rough to 12" and skip the adapter? thoughts? TIA.

Another Caroma fan boy here; don't know about your rough in question, but have been installing/using Caroma for 20+ years now. The only toilet that never clogs. 4" trapway and wash down flush!
