I have a flexible copper supply line going to the dishwasher.
Recently the dw sprung a leak. I haven't taken out the dishwasher nor removed the panel to see what's going on underneath, so I am not sure what part is leaking.
I am waiting for home insurance to send an appliance repairman.
But I'm curious, if you have dealt with dw leaks with copper tubing, what has usually failed?
I've read about stainless braided lines, and that stuff sounds disastrous. I hope they don't replace my copper with a braided line.
How often do you see blown (non-floodsafe) braided lines with dw's?
