I hired a plumber to install my Kohler Underscore tub. I told him he had to put a mortar base as instructed. I bought a 3/4” plywood for underneath and he mad a wood frame and put the plywood on it. He dry fit the tub. He installed all plumbing and screwed in the flange. He DID NOT put mortar base in! I told him it voids my warranty and he needed to come back an set tub correctly. He wants ti shove mortar in spaces instead and won’t reset tub. PLEASE, what can be done now? Thank you
