Hi,
I have a vent in my bathroom where the heat blows out too much. The bathroom is in the middle of the house. Can I block the vent at the main trunk and get more heat in my children's upstairs rooms? It's gas heat with central air. Thanx for any help.

You can have a damper installed in the trunk, if it is accessible, and throttle it down. Or you can acheive the same by clsoing the register in the room. If the register doesn't have a damper, replace it with one that does.
