Question... I have to replace my hot water heater, it is in a mobile home on an exterior closet with access door with grate vents and a vent going to roof. Looking around online I think the one currently installed is a standard one... cannot find anything based off the model # and there is no paperwork on it.

The one I was sold also have the hot/cold connections up top, just curious before I venture into the task of replacing it this weekend with what I believe also is a standard one

I guess I missed the question.

You need to replace it with one made to be enclosed like the one you have.

Did you read that sticker ?

Good Luck.
