Cucina faucet leaking

We have a Cucina Bella 7300 faucet that is leaking from the body. Does anyone have ANY idea how to take this faucet apart? My husband is handy but he is stumped. Any advice is appreciated.

ahave to guess, but normally, the ring holding the spout would unscrew. Whether the handle is removed first or the ring is holding it is something we would have to be there to determine.

Thanks, but they have been out of business for a while. I don't know why they don't remove their sites.
