I need to move the standpipe 3.5 inches furty from a basement wall.

First thought was rotating the p-trap but have concerns about flow.

Other option is to add two 45's between the vent and the standpipe. Not sure if this is a good idea or if it's a lot by code.

You see any issues with this? All comments greatly appreciated as I spent way too much time thinking and googling about this.

Turning the trap outlet elbow/u-bend is the first choice, there's no upside to the assembly being "flat". Then add one horizontal 45 if required for further offset.
