Can anyone tell me why this toilet has the holes on the left side only, were the water flows down from the tank and into the bowl? I've seen other models were the holes go all around the rim.

    Thanks

either the other holes are plugged, or its a manufacture default.

It should have holes all the way around

    Thanks Guys

Under the rim of the bowl it feels smooth on the right side, so I don't think they are clogged. I'm still not sure if it's designed that way or if it's a defect.

It may be designed that way to create the flushing vortex.
