Hi all, I'm trying to get a little feedback on some renovation/remodel plumbing before I glue it up for inspection. (Inspector isn't interested in reviewing schematic and the plumber here isn't returning calls.) I tweaked the usual island loop vent layout a bit because the vent stack I want to use is on the N wall, but house drain is on S wall. Given the following info, what problems do y'all see?
We're moving the kitchen sink to an island (for family access/traffic purposes) just across from its original location on the N wall, but leaving dishwasher on N wall. Existing 2" vent stack to roof is near the dishwasher. There are no DWV pipes in exterior walls because it's a plank/box construction house (~2.5" thick vertical planks and usually <3" cavity between them and plaster living-space wall).
- View is looking up from basement at floor beneath island
- Vent is to right (N) in images, drain to house drain is to left (S); drain (re-vented) from dishwasher on N wall is also coming from the right
- Holes not drilled in floor yet, but sani-tees (I know both need to be long sweep or combo, right?) in foreground of both legs would connect to the standard vent loop above floor in cabinet
- The bottom (E) leg would carry waste from dishwasher and connect to above-floor island loop on the drain side; upper leg would connect to vent side of island loop and to vent stack on N wall; wye to left sends waste to house drain
