3-story Townhouse Drain & Vent Design

Please see attached riser diagram. I am used to commercial plumbing and can't figure out how the drain stacks can meet code. There is no way to install a "stack vent" on the drain stack when none of the walls line up in the building. Site is in NJ and the code enforced in the 2006 NSPC. 700_201004160952278&.jpg

You just need to vent each fixture. You don't have to have a stack vent. There's never a stack vent in any of the custom homes we do.

Stack Vent: A stack vent is the extension of a soil or waste stack above the highest horizontal drain connected to the stack.
