That is exactly what we did and it turned out GREAT! (took out old bolts, plugged holes up with pencils and drilled new). Thank you so much!!!!!

Had bathroom ceramic floor tile ripped up to put in marble floor. The difference in height is 3/8" higher. Now my pedestal sink will not fit back on the bolts. The new hole would have to be drilled exactly above the old one, which would make one gigantic unstable hole. How do I fix this...
