Had bathroom ceramic floor tile ripped up to put in marble floor. The difference in height is 3/8" higher. Now my pedestal sink will not fit back on the bolts. The new hole would have to be drilled exactly above the old one, which would make one gigantic unstable hole.

How do I fix this? Thank you.

Most of the weight is on the pedestal. The bolt is to suck it up to the wall. You can get by with a smaller bolt or carriage screw.
We sometimes use 1/4" toggle bolts if we don't find wood back there.

Are the holes in wood? You could glue in strong wood plugs, saw flat, and drill new holes.

That is exactly what we did and it turned out GREAT! (took out old bolts, plugged holes up with pencils and drilled new). Thank you so much!!!!!
