With regard to the vent, I don't see how it is any different than this system other than my toilet is downstream of the bathtub.

The entire system is in the photos I posted in this thread. The only thing not hooked up is the toilet. What is the maximum a trap can be offset from the drain?

What about the trap offset? I believe for 1 1/2" pipe, the trap arm can be 72". This would mean only 4" offset of the trap. Is this acceptable?

I need to offset the trap for my bathtub by 16" in order to maintain a 60" trap arm length. I have dry fit all my connections. Are there any issues with this before I glue it up?

Right. Sorry, I didn't state my question clearly. I am asking for an alternative if I don't want to replace the existing 1 1/2" vent with 2" due to the floor joist. Would we need to vent the shower and toilet as I illustrated?

Terry, Thanks for the quick reply. I was concerned that the 1 1/2" vent would be too small for the group. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that a 2" vent is feasible in this wall due to the location of a floor joist directly below it. I have attached a photo showing the 1 1/2" from above and below...
