Filter is fine. Water is soft. Don't feel like flying a tech out from Juneau since the heater works fine except for the problem noted. Maybe that could be addressed - does anyone have experience with the symptom - start/stop of additional demand causes heater to throw a code 12?

It is LP. I think it was installed new two years ago (just visiting this camp, so not exactly sure). It may have had this problem from the start. Additional note - if the shower is not running then turning the sink on/off/on/off does not cause a code 12 - works fine.
