Does BB-1000 requires electric?
- Yes it is, and it need to be plugged into existing outlet with GFI. The cord is on the right side as you look at it.
How do you get warm water supply?
- BB-500 connects only to cold water connection. It has built in water tank and heater and water temperature and pressure is electronically regulated for consistency.
Is professional plumber recommended for installation?
-All offered bio bidet products are designed for F.Y.I. Installation is simple as 1,2,3 and
does not require special skill or tool at all.
Is it going to fit my toilet?
-BB-1000 is designed to fit most of 2 piece toilet. Some restriction may apply in installation on some 1 piece toilets like Kohler with curved tanks. Many other 1 piece toilets like the Toto Ultramax work well. Please consult our professional sales representatives if yours is 1 piece toilet.
Do I need to know whether my toilet shape?
-BB-1000 is available in both Round and Elongated.
