Rancher was right...I pulled up my points (two in series for more volume) to find them quite plugged. I installed two new points in and drove them back down and NO Air. It seems that a dual piston pump can produce enough vaccum to "boil the water" and produce air in the system when drawing from an insufficient water supply. The clear plastic pipe I have on the suction of the pump (where I observed the air ) hardly collapses now. Now the points were coated with a hard sandy like material which slowly reduced the open area of my sand points, impossible to clean off with a wire brush!! Anyone know what causes this growth ?
