That works.

There is wide latitude where the vent line could connect to the horizontal in the wall, such as where the 6 is in the wall in your drawing.

The part downstream of the vent would be 2 inch, and could be 1.5 inch or 2 inch from the trap adapter and the wye+45 adding the vent. In IPC, instead of a wye+45, you could actually use a santee on its back.

Great! Thank you very much. This is the layout that I think will work best in my current situation. So there is no issue with the toilet being said amount of distance from the vent?

No issue with toilet distance. The only critical distance will be how far the path is from out of the U of the lavatory trap to the vent (6 ft max for 1.5 inch trap).

It will definitely be under 6’.

Here is the layout to the other bathroom. Same as the other one, the red lines are 3” and the green lines are 2”. The vents would be coming up where each drain line intersects the wall and would tie together into 1.

For the other bathroom, vent the lavatories. There are a couple ways to vent the two lavatories. One is to put a double fixture fitting between the two lavs. Another is to dry vent one, and wet vent the other. If you dry vent the two lavs, the vents tie together now lower than 6 inches above the flood level of the lavs.

The toilet will be wet-vented, so no need for a separate toilet vent as long as you run 2 inch from the venting of the lavs.

I like the drawing that you sent the link to, that will work great. So no nee d to vent the toilet, because it will be wet vented off the lav, correct?

How about the shower, will that just have to be on its own vent?

I think the way you drew it, the shower gets wet vented too without its own vent, as long as that pipe is under 8 ft.

Another alternative is to wye the lav(s) into the shower, which would let it be easier to meet that 8 ft number. Then the toilet gets wet vented when the shower+lavs pipe joins it. Under IPC, there is not a limit as to how far the toilet line goes before meeting the wet vent. Toilets are special...
