It looks like you are in over your head. Doesn't look good. Safeties are wrong looking like it would short out. This is more than a simple fix as the basics aren't covered. A pro would most likely rip it all out and start over.

Thanks for your answer, so that means I did everything wrong, I was reading the manual but I guess I miss understood.
