Would a Plumber Be Willing to Do a Very Small Job (Gluing Two Couplings and a Riser Pipe)?

I have a second floor condo, and I am renovating the master bathroom. As part of this project, I would like to replace the toilet flange. I also will need to extend the shower drain for the new pan. I normally do everything myself (I've glued ABS/PVC probably hundreds of times), but I'm apprehensive with this being a condo. My downstairs neighbor is not the nicest, and if I end up with a leak, going through her ceiling is really the only option. I've actually already cut the pipes and reamed/chamfered them, so it's pretty much a matter of gluing a coupling and then a riser pipe. The toilet is 3" ABS, and the shower is 2" ABS.

Since I won't be able to inspect anything once the floor is closed, it would be worth it for me for peace of mind to have someone come out and glue everything. My question is whether a plumber would likely be willing to do this without actually completing the rest of the job. I don't care about the cost, and I can even supply the pipe and fittings. I'm someone who always does everything on my own, so I have very little experience hiring anyone. I actually got a referral for one from my friend, but he never called back. I appreciate any advice!

Say no more; that seems like it will qualify!!

But we might discuss your job. What stage is it in now? There are closet flanges that do not involve gluing, and it seems to me that they might be advantageous. With gluing, you have to get it right the first time.

Got a picture or two? Take out any rag etc for the photo.

Thank you! So I purchased a custom Tile Redi pan with wonder drain. It's basically a compression style drain that allows for installation from above. Once I have the pan in place, I can cut the pipe down to the height that is needed and then make the connection. Whoever I hire, I may just see if they are willing to come back to do this part too, and I can probably let them install the shower valve while they're here, so it's at least worth their time.
