Worst picture ever, Identify this valve

Trying to turn on this valve burried in my yard. I am trying to see if this is the valve for my pex in my shop.

The picture is absolutely terrible.

It is a 4 sided valve. I can't seem to find a key that turns it on and off? My curb key is far too small it turn it.

This definitely does not seem like a 1/4 turn valve. this seems like they burried a valve that i have to fully turn on and off like a spigot.

What makes you think valve? Is it near your well?
