I have a Woodford 17 on my home that stopped working. The knob would only spin (along with the rod/stem). There's no water coming out of it, and I can't turn on or off. I pulled it apart and when the rod came out it was bare (no check valve, etc.). What's my next step? Full replacement? Thanks!
