I did a ohms from many wires at stat board to contactor an transformer..
It all read ok..
Does the relay or fan part here factor it.?
Ill doublecheck wires to stat from inside too.
Also can a pressure switch factor the 24v not getting sent to contactor?

Yes, the low and high pressure switches do cut out the contactor for the compressor only. Usually nothing else but a thirty year old unit and a Trane anything is possible. The compressor contactor is always in the outside unit. This contactor that is shown may only handle the fan and electric heat. Switching out the 24vs ac is usually done by a small relay or the thermostat. At the thermostat turn on the FAN only and it will cause the air handler to run.

Instead of ohm reading, switch you meter to volts ac, put one lead on one side of the 24v’s and the other check the 24v as it goes along according to the schematic. You should have a jump set so you can bypass items like the high low pressure switches. It most likely be the low pressure switch at this point but usually the compressor would start to run a few seconds then quit. Your system could be completely out of refrigerant. If it is then it is the high pressure lines or the condenser coil has a hole. A leak on the high pressure side the system would empty out in a matter of minutes.

I AM getting the 24v to an out of low pressure switch when running..
The diagram calls it low pressure solonoid .

I also traced the 2 24 volt lines off transformer an the one coming off the fused line ,now red, goes into what looks like a relay ,then a RED jumper wire .-PIC .it ends there on other side - ..theres a wire beside it going to defrost box..does it have to go thru that defrost or something in there in relay for the 24 v to continue on to the stat wirirng screw?
How would i test it from there at jumper?
Thanks

I think you’re over your head now and it is time to call a tech in. I’m lost as what is the current problem. You say you have 24volts so what is not working. Have you checked your thermostat? Does the air handler run at all, what about the compressor?

Lol

Make a better scan that shows where the yellow (YL) wire on the highlighted contactor comes from.
I presume the highlighted contactor is the one you activate by hand.
