Will a sani-seal (waxless) ring work if my toilet has indentations? (pic)

My toilet has two built in indentations at the horn... will a waxless seal still work properly, or do i have to use a wax ring?

I don't know. Looking at http://sanisealgasket.com/install.html I am wondering if the irregular flange installation method would fit tighter around the porcelain ring under the toilet.
