The Seahawks bet the Jets last week, and as they left the field under a barrage of snowballs, Shaun Ellis picked up a big hunk of snow and lobbed it at a few of the snowball throwing fans as he walked out.

And he was fined?

For that?

I don't think the fans cared, if anything, they were enjoying the moment.

And why were fans throwing snowballs?
Maybe the first really good snowfall in Seattle since 1990. How often does a Seattlite get to throw one? Yeah I know, they shouldn't have, and I wouldn't have. I mean come on, don't be throwing snowballs or anything at players. Are we still in grade school. Come on!

But a fine for the player? That's not right.
